Shop-by-shop comparison of our product availability vs a selected competitor. For each main product category (e.g. Chili Powder), it shows availability (Yes/No) and the sub-count β how many pack sizes (50g, 100g, 250g β¦) were seen. Uses each shop's latest visit in the current date filter.
Select one of our products (with size) to filter and see which shops currently have it available, based on each shop's latest visit.
Upload Excel with columns: Shop ID, Shop Name, Discount %, Shop Address, ASM, Supervisor, REP, Route, and 6 monthly sales columns (e.g. Jan 2026 β¦ Jun 2026 β any 6 date/month headers after Route). You can upload again to update/merge. Your shop master is stored on this device only (not in the cloud), so it can hold 10,000+ shops. To move it to a new device, re-upload this Excel there.
The product catalog, barcode list, competitor list and all dropdown options are managed centrally by the Admin (π οΈ Settings tab) and update on every device automatically.
Review and download photos taken on shop visits. Field Officers see their own visits; Managers and Admins see every Field Officer (use the Viewing selector at the top to pick one). Shows visits inside your cloud sync window.
All Field Officer accounts created in this system. Manager and Admin can both review every Field Officer's data and switch the dashboard to any single Field Officer using the Viewing selector in the top bar. Only Admin can deactivate or remove accounts.

Only an Admin can create accounts. Choose the user type, set a temporary password and share it with the person privately β they can change it with the Send Password Reset button below the list.
Since V22 each Field Officer's shop master is stored on their own device only (not in the cloud), so it can hold 10,000+ shops without limits. To review a Field Officer's shops here, ask them to export their shop master Excel (Dashboard β Export Excel β "Shop Master" sheet) and upload it below. This is for viewing only β it does not change anyone's live data.
Every change here is saved to the cloud and applies to all Field Officers automatically (their app refreshes live). No separate backend is needed.
Visit photos are stored in Firestore. The free (Spark) plan includes 1 GB of Firestore storage for all data β roughly 4,000β4,500 photos at this app's compression (about 220 KB each) β only about 45 visits if each has the full 100 photos. Check usage regularly and archive old photos before the limit is reached.
Step 1 β download every photo from visits before the chosen date as ZIP files (with a photo index). Step 2 β delete those photos from the cloud to free space. Visit records are kept; they show "archived".
Add, rename, re-order (β²βΌ) or remove the choices Field Officers see on the Visit Entry form. Items marked π core drive reports and conditional questions, so they can be re-ordered but not removed or renamed. Already-saved visits keep their original answers.
Freelan's own products β used for "Our Product Availability", Quality Issues, and for competitors that have no product list of their own. Every product has a category (edit the category list under Dropdown Options). Upload Excel with columns: Product Name, Category, Gram (one row per size, or sizes comma-separated). Uploading merges into the list.
Edit a product's name, category or sizes (comma-separated) and press πΎ. β²βΌ changes the order shown on the form.
Upload the company's EAN-13 barcode list (columns: Product Name, Barcode) so Field Officers can scan to mark availability instantly. Product names like "Chili Powder 100g" are split into product + size automatically. Uploading merges in β nothing is deleted.
When a Field Officer adds a competitor on the Visit Entry form, they tick from that competitor's products below, then record prod. date, market / retail / discounted price and promotion. A competitor with no products listed here uses Freelan's own product list (e.g. Sera β Chili Powder 100g), as before. Expiry is worked out from the life time. Upload Excel with columns: Competitor, Product, Category, Gram, Life Time.
Competitor names can also be renamed / re-ordered / removed in Dropdown Options β Competitors.
Untick anything the Field Officers should not see on the Visit Entry form. Hidden fields are simply left blank in new visits; old data is untouched.
These apply to normal Field Officer (USER) accounts. Managers and Admins are not restricted by them.
Download all settings (options, products, competitors, barcodes, sections, permissions) as one file, or restore a previous file. Visit data is not included β use the Backup tab for that.
βοΈ Your visits sync to the cloud (Firebase) automatically as you enter them β no manual saving needed for day-to-day use. Use the buttons below only when you want a local copy on your device.

On a computer (Chrome/Edge) you can pick a folder and have a fresh timestamped JSON written there every minute. This is optional β the cloud already keeps your data safe.

When you delete a shop visit, a local copy is kept here on this device only (last 500 records) so it can be recovered if deleted by mistake. Restoring re-uploads the visit to the cloud for all Field Officers.
Use this when you notice a product that is not yet in the list.
