Market Shop Visit Review System

Shop-by-shop comparison of our product availability vs a selected competitor. For each main product category (e.g. Chili Powder), it shows availability (Yes/No) and the sub-count — how many pack sizes (50g, 100g, 250g …) were seen. Uses each shop's latest visit in the current date filter.

Select one of our products (with size) to filter and see which shops currently have it available, based on each shop's latest visit.

Upload Excel with columns: Shop ID, Shop Name, Discount %, Shop Address, ASM, Supervisor, REP, Route, and 6 monthly sales columns (e.g. Jan 2026 … Jun 2026 — any 6 date/month headers after Route). You can upload again to update/merge. Your shop master is stored on this device only (not in the cloud), so it can hold 10,000+ shops. To move it to a new device, re-upload this Excel there.

Upload Excel with columns: Product Name, Sizes (comma-separated e.g. 40g, 50g, 100g). You can also use one row per size with a "Size" column. Uploading again merges/updates sizes for matching products.

Freelan's own EAN-13 barcodes are pre-loaded from the product/barcode list so field staff can scan to mark availability instantly. Upload an updated Excel (columns: Product Name, Barcode) any time — it merges in without deleting anything.

Default competitors are pre-loaded (shown in grey). Custom ones shown in yellow — click ✕ to remove.

All Field Officer accounts created in this system. Manager and Admin can both review every Field Officer's data and switch the dashboard to any single Field Officer using the Viewing selector in the top bar. Only Admin can deactivate or remove accounts.

Since V22 each Field Officer's shop master is stored on their own device only (not in the cloud), so it can hold 10,000+ shops without limits. To review a Field Officer's shops here, ask them to export their shop master Excel (Dashboard → Export Excel → "Shop Master" sheet) and upload it below. This is for viewing only — it does not change anyone's live data.

☁️ Your visits sync to the cloud (Firebase) automatically as you enter them — no manual saving needed for day-to-day use. Use the buttons below only when you want a local copy on your device.

When you delete a shop visit, a local copy is kept here on this device only (last 500 records) so it can be recovered if deleted by mistake. Restoring re-uploads the visit to the cloud for all Field Officers.
